moha Hair Fall Reduction Money Back Challenge

1. Eligibility: This challenge is open to individuals aged 18 years and above who have experienced hair fall and wish to participate in the challenge. 

1. moha: 5 in 1 Hair oil Hair fall reduction money back challenge is applicable only on moha: 5 in 1 hair oil, bought from our website: www.moha.co.in & www.vedistry.com between the period of 22nd August  TO 21st November 2023. Any sort of Combos & Kits are not the part of this Money Back Challenge. 

1. Directions to use: take a quantity sufficient of moha: 5 in 1 hair oil. Gently massage it on the scalp, to complete hair length. Leave it for an hour. And then gently wash it with a mild shampoo like moha: herbal shampoo Thrice a week.  

1. Challenge Duration: The challenge will last for a total of 30 days, starting from the date of product delivery.  

1. Documentation: Participants must maintain a weekly record of their hair fall reduction progress. This must be done through a checklist (will be shared along with the product) and pictures* 

How do u take the picture*- after every champi (head massage) followed by a hair wash, (every week on – Day 7, Day 14, Day 21, Day 28) comb your hair once dried, comb, and count the hair strand that fell on a clean towel/ clean surface. Take a picture of this. (this exercise is also meant for the person to self-assess the hair fall reduction) 

Precisely one should take a total – of 4 pictures throughout the challenge.  

1. Non-Compliance: A person who will Fails to follow a hair care routine during the challenge will not be considered eligible for a money-back claim. 

1. Results Assessment: At the end of the 30-days challenge period, participants must submit their checklist and 4 pictures. The company's decision regarding the reduction in hair fall will be considered final. 

1. Modification or Termination: The company reserves the right to modify, terminate, or extend the challenge at any time without prior notice, and their decision regarding any aspect of the challenge will be deemed final. 

1. This challenge is not intended for people with hair concerns due to any underlying health conditions. The challenge is not to be construed as technical or medical advice in any manner. 

 Steps to claim money back –  

1. If unsatisfied with the reduction in hair fall, raise your refund request within 7- days of completing the challenge of 30 days  ( 1 month from the date of delivery) by mailing us at customercare@vedistry.com. a MUST.

1. Courier the product (moha: 5 in 1 Hair Oil) at the given address.
